- Airline Reservations: Reservations made via AXIOM or via the American Express call center will receive applicable Cornell and American Express discounts, can be direct billed to a Cornell department account, and are registered in Cornell’s travel emergency program. A credit card may also be used for all travel transactions. A profile – with a Cornell email address – is required for all reservations. To request an account and build a profile, click on “New User’s" above. Registered

Hotel Accommodations: American Express negotiated rates applied. A credit card is needed to guarantee late arrival. Hotel reservations cannot be direct billed.
- Car Rentals: Cornell
has corporate programs with Hertz and Enterprise. To insure Cornell’s negotiated rental car liability and CDW/LDW coverage, the Cornell Corporate ID must be included in the reservation. Hertz reservations can not be direct billed to a Cornell department account. Enterprise
rentals in Ithaca can be billed to a department if using a purchase
order. See
details. Non-business related travel will not be covered under the Cornell rental car insurance.
- Campus-to-Campus
Bus: Express Transportation between the Ithaca
and New York City campuses of Cornell University. Reserve
through Transportation & Mail Services department.
- Group Airline Reservations: Generally 10 or more travelers, either flying on the same aircraft, or flying on the same dates to a common destination, are considered a group, and special airfares may be available. Click on the link to complete the Group Air Registration Request Form and submit to American Express. In some circumstances, it may not be possible to direct bill group tickets.
